Consequently, all customers should inform themselves of the scenarios we cover (available in our terms and conditions), and, in signing up, understand that all other scenarios that require treatment will be covered by the customer, either from your their funds or from their own insurance. Thus, it is essential that you provide us with the following information should we need to act as your agent in the unlikely case of seeking medical treatment for your dog. However, where this is not practically possible, we will take your dog(s) to our registered vets (Belgrave House in Linton). There will be a surcharge of £30.00 per visit to cover our expenses. By choosing 'Yes', you give your full permission for us to use Belgrave House if needed, and to be liable for any cost resulting from treatment of your dog, whether it be at Belgrave House, or any associated practices.
