What we offer
We don’t keep dogs isolated during their stay. As pack animals, dogs thrive on companionship, which is exactly why we only accept sociable dogs and give them the opportunity to socialise throughout their stay.
We will always keep dogs from the same household together, which is why we offer standard sized kennels for 1-3 dogs, and larger family kennels for up to 6 dogs.
Every kennel has an enclosed sleeping area with access to a private, semi-outside exercise space, individually controlled underfloor heating, and a built-in speaker to play gentle music.

Big dogs

What are the timings for boarding stays?
A boarding day runs from 11am to 11am the next day. You’re welcome to drop off between 11am and 1pm, or 3pm and 7pm (from 4pm on weekends), and pick-up between 8am and 11am. Early drop offs and late pickups can also be arranged in advance!
What size kennel should my dog have?
We offer standard kennels for 1 to 3 dogs and family kennels for up to 6, so multiple dogs
from the same household can stay together comfortably. In the case of some large or giant
breeds, our family kennel is recommended for a better fit.
What's included with boarding?
Along with a day full of fun, exercise and TLC from our team, we provide cosy bedding and Skinner’s kibble for all sizes and ages. Each kennel is kitted with individually controlled underfloor heating and gentle music.
What should I bring for boarding?
We provide toys, bedding, blankets and food to save you the hassle of bringing your own. Of course, should your dog be picky with food, or prone to a bad belly, we recommend bringing in their own. Where possible, we kindly ask that food is prebagged into portioned meals.
What if I need an early drop-off or late pick-up?
We’re happy to adjust bookings to an earlier drop off or later pick up, we’ll just need to know in advance or as soon as possible. Simply send us an email with your request and we’ll do the rest.
What if my dog has medication or extra requirements?
Whether they require medication, specific feeding routines or require a little extra TLC, our team is happy to deliver. Of course, each dog is different, so we always recommend getting in touch to chat through any requirements your dog may have.
